The error in your logs is:
Setting up shim-signed (1.32+0.9+1474479173.6c180c6-1ubuntu1) ...
Installing for x86_64-efi platform.
Installation finished. No error reported.
dpkg: error processing package shim-signed (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Unfortunately, this doesn't really show why the package installation
failed. There's very little code in the shim-signed postinst script
following the success message that gets displayed, and it tends to be
quite verbose when it fails.
What happens if you run 'sudo update-secureboot-policy' from a terminal?
What happens if you run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' from a terminal?
