When the Date in the mail header is in the format
"Wed Jan 10 06:55:20 EST 2018" alpine shows the date as "01/10/??"
When the Date in the Mail header is in the format
"Wed, 10 Jan 2018 08:22:16 -0500" alpine handles the date correctly
