I had installed the security patches of Ubuntu 16.04 (64 bit; Unity desktop) on 2018-01-10, ~ 20:30. After needed reboot a window had been opened showing (in German) that a problem had been occurred. After reporting the error (to launchpad, Canonical or who knows) my web browser had been started showing launchpad's bug # 1730030, which is the original of this bug # 1729568.
