I can confirm the typo is still present in mutt 1.9.2-1 on Ubuntu
bionic. Seems to even be part of the upstream project
(https://gitlab.com/muttmua/mutt/blob/master/contrib/smime.rc).

bug' and the name of the package affected. This adds additional
information like version numbers, making it easier to process bug
