Public bug reported:

After installing azure-cli, when trying to run the command it errors
with the message:

Error loading command module 'storage'
__init__() got multiple values for keyword argument 'default_completer'
Traceback (most recent call last):

(there is 2 error messages here, but will file 1 bug per error).

This error is resolved by manually installing:
  sudo apt-get install python3-azure-storage
