on older cpu's the kvm module doesn't load anymore after applying the
latest hwe kpti packages.


i found the corresponding upstream patch for 4.15.

please backport, so that we can use the old servers again

/proc/cpuinfo shows, that the xeon's doesn't have the vnmi flag.
