[Repro steps]
1. Boot to desktop.
2. Switch to Guest session from menu on top-right screen.
3. Switch back to Owner mode from menu on top-right screen by clicking owner
account, and then keep moving the mouse.
[Observation]
Only observed the mouse cursor movement with black screen around 6 seconds when
switched from Guest session back to Owner mode.
