The following patch was NOT applied:

 * nvme: Fix memory order on async queue deletion

The reason is that this patch fixes a race condition in function
async_completion() in drivers/nvme/host/pci.c . However, this function had been
removed entirely in commit c33e9323c87556f335378113837cab4aab7d8a85 as part of
http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1531539

Therefore I believe that patch is no longer necessary for Xenial and so I
skipped it.

+     Impact:
+        The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
+        in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
+        demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
+        by originating either directly from a mainline/stable Linux tree or
+        a minimally backported form of that patch. The 4.4.101 upstream stable
+        patch set is now available. It should be included in the Ubuntu
+        kernel as well.
