Thank you for the bug and the patch. I've changed the debian/rules to
use the .jar from the build instead of copying all the files just for
that. That upload fixes the issue:
" libgtk-java (2.9.3-0ubuntu2) edgy; urgency=low
.
* debian/rules:
- use the .jar from the build rather than the installed copy, fix the build
when the "arch: all" packages are not built (Ubuntu: #59385)"
