Public bug reported:
Running Ubuntu 14.04 on Raspberry Pi 2 Model B V1.1
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ARM/RaspberryPi#Download). Ran do-release-
upgrade as root (to 16.04) and it failed. Left system in unusable
state. Will repair system by doing fresh install to 16.04.
To help debugging do-release-upgrade, on screen after failure message, I
was instructed to post files in directory /var/log/dist-upgrade to here.
They are attached.
