@9d9 I don't understand why you mark it as incomplete. How can I
complete it? Maybe the solution is to remove the package but until then,
the bug is there.
Neither `iproute2` nor `tc` or other options mentioned in related
questions are as easy to use as `wondershaper`. I mean, `wondershaper`
can be used with a single and simple command; the most difficult part
for the user is to discover the name of the interface he wants to
limit/shape.
