  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Install Ubuntu 17.10 MATE
  2. Install `x-tile` package
  3. Try to run `x-tile` from terminal
  
  Expected results:
  * `x-tile` loaded and shown in notification area
  
  Actual results:
- * `x-tile` does not open, crashes with the following message in 
/var/log/syslog:
+ * `x-tile` does not open, crashes with "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" in 
termianl and the following message in /var/log/syslog:
