xmltv 0.5.70-1 has been synced to the current development version and
will be part of Ubuntu 18.04. Once a version of Ubuntu is released,
packages are seldom updated unless there's an important patch or
exception. However, it is possible to request a backport, please see
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBackports#Requesting_a_Backport for
details.
