Public bug reported:
Other browsers (Firefox 58, Chromium 63) don't have a problem with my
university's VLE bringing up an SSO (single sign on) page when logging
in but Web 3.26.1 brings up a Security Notice which I then have to
ignore with 'more information' and 'accept risk and proceed' if I want
to get through to the SSO. I don't think Web should be displaying this
Security Notice.
