Public bug reported:
Selecting the Workplace Switcher icon no longer allows one to see all
four working window panes. When the icon is selected the computer pauses
a few moments, then all open projects and icons on the screen go blank,
then the icons and open projects appear again, and the "Sorry, Ubuntu
16.04 has experienced an internal error." popup window appears.
This may have started after some updates.
