Hi Vinicius,
thank you taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
The file file /usr/share/mysql/charsets/cp1250.xml is now part of mysql-
server-core-5.7 package.
There is no more conflict when installing/upgrading mariadb-server-
core-10.0 because it first remove the mysql-server-core-5.7 package.
