Public bug reported:

In 17.4 there was an option to create VLAN interface and after upgrading
to 17.10 it has disappeared and VLAN interfaces have been moved under
Bluetooth connections. I've noticed that vlan-xxx.deb has been
uninstalled as well and i had to reinstall it. Can we get GUI fixed to
work properly?

In the screenshot attached I can manage VLAN interfaces but they have
been there since 17.04.

** Affects: network-manager-applet (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
