bind9 (1:9.11.2.P1-1ubuntu2) bionic; urgency=medium
* Build without lmdb support as that package is in Universe (LP: #1746296)
- d/control: remove Build-Depends on liblmdb-dev
- d/rules: configure --without-lmdb
- d/bind9.install: drop named-nzd2nzf and named-nzd2nzf.8 as it requires
lmdb.
