I have encountered a strange speedstep behaviour on my Lifebook E8310
with Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon. I am using ondemand governor with laptop mode
disabled. Directly after reboot the scaling_max_freq Frequency is set
to 1800000 but after about 5 minutes it falls back to 800 which is also
the scaling_min_freq. The result is that no more scaling is done. It
also wont raise again.
