Public bug reported:
When I launch Xemacs (mule version, but as far as I remember it occured
with non-mule version as well) and maximize it (by clicking on maximize
button or pressing ctrl + F5), its tabs bar starts to blink. It didn't
occur in Ubuntu, bu occurs in Xubuntu.
