Hi Janusz,
your logs show an issue in your configuration:
>From your log:
Error: command ['/usr/sbin/sshd', '-T'] failed with exit code 255:
/etc/ssh/sshd_config: line 89: Bad configuration option: OD
/etc/ssh/sshd_config: terminating, 1 bad configuration options

You'd have to fix up your custom changes in it so that it will work
again.

If you don't care about it e.g. an experimental old config you might
look into [1] for an example how to restore conffiles to their original
state.
