There's an ibm-java71 upload in the NEW queue, version
7.1.4.10-0ubuntu1. I'm filing this bug to get that on the radar of the
system z folks to determine if we want to process that, update to a
newer version before processing, or just abort including ibm-java71 in
xenial/partner.
