Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: hal-info

For instance I will be using a website which has embedded flash on it.
listening to a stream. Then launch something like Warsaw. While playing
the game, the audio cuts out, and the stream I was listening to also
stops. With in minutes of possibly a new game starts, the audio in the
game begins, and the audio plays, but again fails back off.

I can then exit the game and attempt viewing another website stream, the
audio doesn't seem to be playing, though it indicates it is. Restarting
my session, resolves it until I again try to run multiple sources of
output.
