Commands for build should have been:
apt source linux-image-4.13.0-32-generic
sudo apt build-dep linux-image-4.13.0-32-generic
cd linux-hwe-4.13.0
fakeroot debian/rules clean
AUTOBUILD=1 fakeroot debian/rules binary-debs
The clean step is important, as it sets up a symlink so
ubuntu/vbox/vboxguest/include/VBox/VBoxGuestMangling.h can be found.
