Public bug reported: Add a new card. Enter in example LaTeX code:
<$$> \begin{vmatrix} a&b\\ c&d \end{vmatrix} </$$> and hit preview. other LaTeX renderers do render \begin{vmatrix} a&b\\ c&d \end{vmatrix} as a determinant matrix with entries (a,b),(c,d). Mnemosyne currently does not. It doesn't matter whether it's front to back or vocabulary card, it renders it merely as 'abcd', at least on "Preview" when in a "Edit Card" window. mnemosyne: 2.4-0.1 ubuntu : 17.10 artful ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 17.10 Package: mnemosyne 2.4-0.1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 4.13.0-32.35-generic 4.13.13 Uname: Linux 4.13.0-32-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.20.7-0ubuntu3.7 Architecture: amd64 CurrentDesktop: ubuntu:GNOME Date: Sun Feb 11 12:55:10 2018 InstallationDate: Installed on 2017-04-18 (298 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 17.04 "Zesty Zapus" - Release amd64 (20170412) JournalErrors: Error: command ['journalctl', '-b', '--priority=warning', '--lines=1000'] failed with exit code 1: Hint: You are currently not seeing messages from other users and the system.
