Restricted Manager fails to start with Russian, Finnish or Japanese
localization packs.

Is all about "driver restricted manager". I click on it and nothing, click
again, nothing. I can't make my video driver active. I remove the software and
installing again, but nothing again. I use Xubuntu 7.10 and my video card is
Nvidia GF 2 64mb.
