Public bug reported:
Following the port to libayatana in bionic, indicator-messages is no
longer displayed (or detected) and AppIndicators are duplicated in xfce4
-indicator-plugin and xfce4-statusnotifier-plugin.
Downgrading to xfce4-indicator-plugin 2.3.3-0ubuntu6 from artful seems
to resolve the issues. "Messaging Menu" is now detected in the Indicator
Plugin's settings and displayed in the panel.
