/usr/share/man/man1/myisam_ftdump.1.gz is still part of mysql-client-5.7
package:
$ dpkg --contents mysql-client-5.7_5.7.21-0ubuntu0.16.04.1_amd64.deb | grep
myisam_ftdump.1.gz

./usr/share/man/man1/myisam_ftdump.1.gz
But this is duplicate with:
