1) Could you please provide the full monitor manufacturer and model as
noted on the sticker of the monitor itself (not from the Bug
Description, or the result of a terminal command)?
2) How are you connecting the monitor to the computer, VGA, HDMI, etc.?
3) Is this something that started to happen after an update? If so,
which specifically?
