Public bug reported:

I am a newbie on linux yet. But, I have installed Ubuntu Gnome 16.04.02
LTS on my Laptop AVELL G1555 Mx7 and I found some some errors like
shutdown if I remove AC adpater for few minutes... but, I am using the
laptop only AC adpater plugged.

In the same day, my SO updated to 16.04.03 LTS, and then, I had problem
with touchpad and keyboard. The touchpad I fixed with:

 sudo modprobe -r psmouse
 sudo modprobe psmouse proto=imps

sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg-input-synaptics
cd /etc/udev/rules.d
sudo nano touchpad.rules

Paste:

ACTION!="add|change", GOTO="xorg_synaptics_end"
KERNEL!="event*", GOTO="xorg_synaptics_end"
ENV{ID_INPUT_TOUCHPAD}!="1", GOTO="xorg_synaptics_end"
ENV{x11_options.MaxTapTime}="300"
LABEL="xorg_synaptics_end"

sudo reboot

=============================X=====X==============================

Although, I did not fix the keyboard... I am trying some solutions, but
unsuccessfully. The keyboard works only key by key. In others words, long
pressing a key will only repeat a few characters or won't repeat at all, it
affects all keys including backspace and arrows.

Any suggestions?
Sorry for my English.
