The error message says:

dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of wngerman:
 wngerman depends on dictionaries-common (>= 0.20.0); however:

So this seems to be some kind of version problem, maybe with a wrong version of 
dictionaries-common in Ubuntu 11.10.
Since this is a 6 year old release, which no longer is in use, I'd suggest to 
close this bug report.
