Public bug reported:

I was trying to install ubuntu 17.10 on a fedora partition.
I was searching in the web, and found to use umount to free this partition, but 
umount was saying that, this partition was not mounted.
Then I've found in another website, a person saying he used gparted, then i 
used this program to free the partition, it worked, but the installation 
crashed.
