Public bug reported:
Please remove node-mapnik and node-tilelive-* from Ubuntu and blacklist
them from syncing. node-tilelive-* are node-mapnik's rdeps.
These packages have been broken and too undermaintained for a bit, and
continue to block transitions (this time, it's a blocker for the nodejs
transition). There are no major rdeps of these packages, and when Adam
Conrad filed Debian bug 880072, they were contemplating removing these
anyways.
