Public bug reported:

If I ever use meld on Lubuntu as a git difftool, I end up with a console
full of these notifications for every window launch...

** (meld:30242): WARNING **: Error retrieving accessibility bus address:
org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.a11y.Bus was not
provided by any .service files

...to resolve this, meld should depend on, or at the very least
recommend at-spi2-core which provides the Accessibility bus which it is
making calls to. Alternatively, the error should be suppressed unless
accessibility functionality has been explicitly requested.
