This is really complicated code that appears to deal with direct TCP/UDP
transport. I haven't seen really obvious things in the packaging itself,
but the necessary code review will take time.
There's a team subscriber, package build appears to run its tests and
all binary deps are in main. This MIR looks good aside from code review.
