It appears the xTextDirectionList dropdown is not really visible in the
page dialog:
(Pdb) xTextDirectionList.State[8].value.Name
'ReallyVisible'
(Pdb) xTextDirectionList.State[8].value.Value
'false'
In writer, that dropdown is not visible until the "Asian" checkbox is
checked in the Language Settings (and it's not checked by default).
