Please remove gtk+4.0 from bionic.
gtk4 is still beta, pre-release and really doesn't have apps using it
yet. The Ubuntu Desktop Team feels it would be better to not have an old
pre-release snapshot of gtk4 in the LTS release since it will probably
just confuse and frustrate app developers. gtk4 could be made available
in a PPA instead.
We intend to re-introduce gtk4 after 18.04.
