@Mustafa this is probably unrelated but I think you're pressing, not
swiping. Img height too low, plus too little minutiae:

Try opening enroll.pgm with an image viewer. If capture goes fine, it
should have a mostly correct partial fingerprint image. Also, it seems
like you're using an older version. See if you can update. If anything,
the latest has some image stitching issues fixed.
