I think $display_icon_policy is correct. Also
battery.rechargeable.is_discharging = true (bool)
battery.rechargeable.is_charging = false (bool)
looks OK, same as in bug 36129, so I'll mark it as a dup, you can track its
progress over there. Thanks for the the bug report.
