Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
This is under ubuntu Gutsy. In the wallpaper choosing file dialog from
gnome-appearance-properties, the list of mounted disks doesn't appear in
the Shortcuts section at the left. All I get is the Home, Desktop and
File System shortcuts, and the manually defined ones. This is annoying
if, say, I want to load a wallpaper from my windows partition which I
have permanently mounted through fstab.
It is also confusing for a novice user, who will be disoriented by the
lack of his usual shortcuts, and can't be expected to find the mount
point under /mnt/ or /media/.
