I'm assuming the above posts were a replay of some off-list email conversation and that you aren't discussing with yourself ;)
murmur.sqlite definitely belongs in /var somewhere. It's a binary database with no user-servicable parts inside it. /var/lib/mumble/murmur.sqlite sounds perfect to me, as that also allows us to set the correct owner and permissions for the directory. When you decide on a file structure, let me know and I'll have the default murmur.ini file we ship reflect it. That should make the diff smaller :) PS: A user on our forums asked about debian packages. Theoretically speaking, the source package resulting from this should be usable on lenny, right? -- [needs-packaging] Mumble https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/129081 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
