Those are WIP or expired bugs (yet unclear) bug a friend of mine worked on.

Might be useful FYI - a few of them had corrupted apt databases or disk issues.
It's not clear to me why your case failed, and the other logs also don't
have helpful information.
Could you please try this command and see if it completes without
errors:
sudo apt -f install
If the error happens again, then please set a debugging option before:
sudo su -
export DPKG_MAINTSCRIPT_DEBUG=1 DPKG_DEBUG=1
apt -f install
