I believe this is fixed, at least in version 0.9.27-4:
# Note -ltcc and -ldl needs to come last because they resolve symbol in
hello.c, otherwise it does not link
gcc -Os -o hello hello.c -ltcc -ldl
% ./hello
<string>:1: warning: implicit declaration of function 'printf'
Hello World! (32)
