Hello Mitya, I think in your case you would be best served by running a command like:
sudo apt-get install sudo apt ubuntu-minimal If apt-get is now completely useless, try: sudo aptitude install sudo apt ubuntu-minimal If that does not work, then I suggest asking a question on http://askubuntu.com/ I think askubuntu would also be a good place to look for a Dicter replacement. I know of translate-shell but it is probably not as convenient as Dicter.
