Workaround: change line 50 of
/usr/share/qreator/qreator/qrcodes/QRCodeLocationGtk.py from
latitude, longitude = get_current_location()
to
latitude, longitude = 0, 0
Obviously this won't survive apt updates, but the package seems to have
been abandoned so it's not likely to receive updates anyway.
