dino99: 17.04 might have reached end of life, but this issue is still
present and reproducible. I was just able to verify it with
gnudatalanguage 0.9.7-6 on Ubuntu bionic, so setting this back to
Confirmed.

Also, it seems a bit premature to recommend 18.04 which won't be
released for another two months.
