Public bug reported:

openafs 1.8.0~pre5-1 failed to build in bionic (and initially in sid
too) because of a regression in flex 2.6.4-2 that was fixed in flex
2.6.4-6.

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=890411

The openafs build was retried in sid, and was successful. Please retry
the build in bionic.

There may be other affected packages; the Debian bug lists libreswan,
argus, charybdis, squidguard, nfs-ganesha.
