I understand that net-cpp is still in the archive as part of a
dependency chain of unity8 packages that the Desktop Team nacked the
removal of previously (net-cpp -> unity-scopes -> url-dispatcher ->
indicator-*); assigning this to the Desktop Team.
This is critical to resolve because it blocks the libcurl4 transition,
part of the openssl 1.1 migration.
