Public bug reported:
After upgrading from 17.04 to 17.10 libreoffice stopped working saying
access rights were wrong. After some trying i discovered it is related
to the partition my home directory is.
To replicate:
root@horape-S-T-D:~# adduser test1 --home /home/test1
Adding user `test1' ...
root@horape-S-T-D:~# su - test1
test1@horape-S-T-D:~$ libreoffice
It works!
root@horape-S-T-D:~# adduser test2 --home /disco2/home/test2
...
root@horape-S-T-D:~# su - test2
test2@horape-S-T-D:~$ libreoffice
It fails with Fatal Error as shown in the screenshot.
horape@horape-S-T-D:~$ mount
