Public bug reported:
The windows part of the Kubuntu desktop cd doesn't work in windows vista...
It shows the splash screen and then there is a popup saying "The operating
system denied access to the specific file."
I've only tested with two different Kubuntu knots, but I expect it's the
same with them all.
I even tried to run it in administrator mode, but it didn't help.
